Alkaloids of the Ochrosia borbonica were a class of special Monoterpenoid indole alkaloids and Dimer, which Included in the plant of Rose that Attributable to the subfamily of the Rauwolfia. This paper aimed to analyze the structure and identification of monoterpene indole alkaloid compounds with many biological activities, such as anti-tumor and anti-inflammatory, in the rose plants. The extractum extracted from the stem of the rose tree by methanol, organic solvents with different polarities were used successively by chromatography silica gel column、 RP-18 reversed phase column and Positive phase silica gel column to isolate and purify the alkaloid compounds, the mono-component alkaloids of rose tree were separated and purified by high performance liquid chromatography, the 1 H-NMR and 13 C-NMR data of each component were obtained by nuclear magnetic analysis, the Spectral data of compounds to identify the chemical structures of two alkaloids and the two compounds were isolated from this Ochrosia borbonica for the first time, which provided the guidance for further identification of other alkaloids.
