盐霉素饲料添加剂对肉用鸡柔嫩艾美耳球虫的效果试验

摘  要：
球虫病是危害养鸡业的主要疾病之一。目前用于防治球虫病的药物种类较多,其中盐霉素(Salinomycin),在有关报告中认为是较理想的抗球虫药。为探讨盐霉素,对南昌地区鸡柔嫩艾美耳球虫的防治效果,作者等从1984年9月—1985年8月进行了盐霉素对鸡柔嫩艾美耳球虫的小规模笼饲效果试验及平饲效果试验,得到了完满结果,现报道如下:

摘  要：
During Sep 1984——Aug 1985 in Nanchang district,Jiangxi Province11——15 days old Shaver star meat chickens were given orallywith·o·ocysts of Eimeria tenella and were fed meanwhile with salinomycinsodium(SL),in various concentrations as feed-additive in the chicken'srations,Through tripricated trials of cage-feeding of 170 birdsand post-mortem exams in total after 8 days for each batch,andonce of house-feeding of 800 birds detected after 56 days,the res-ults obtained against avian coccidiosis were summurized briefly asfollows:1.SL used as a feed-additive possesses favourable effectsboth in prevention and therapy against coccidiosis of Eimeria tenellain meat chickens,2.from the dosage-point of view,SL50ppm in chicke'sration is more suitable than SL70ppm since the index of body-weightgained is bigger and the rate of feed-utility is higher,3.there isno significant difference of the effect between SL50ppm and 125ppmAmprolium plus,the phamaceutical control group,but the smaller dos-age used in the former is adventagious comparatively,4.As therate of feed consumption in house-feeding trial is higher than thedata from some references,it may de due to the lower crude proteincontent in chicken's daily rations.
