免疫吸附对新月弯孢菌抗血清非特异性抗体阻断作用研究

摘  要:
用新月弯孢菌Curvularialunata(Wakke)Boed可溶性蛋白质作为免疫抗原免疫家兔,获得兔抗C.lunata抗血清(PAbs);抗血清经近似菌可溶性蛋白质吸附后获得对C.lunata菌株可溶性蛋白质具有特异性的抗血清(A PAbs),可应用于C.lunata菌株的鉴定;用玉米种子可溶性蛋白质对APAbs进行进一步吸附纯化,获得了与玉米种子蛋白质无交叉反应的特异性抗血清(DAPAbs),可用于对带菌玉米种子的检测鉴定。

摘  要:
Mixed proteins of C.lunata were used as the antigens. Three kinds of primary antibodies, polyclonal antibodies (PAbs) to C.lunata, adsorbed PAbs (APAbs) with the similar fungi proteins and double adsorbed PAbs (DAPAbs) with the fungi and maize proteins were used to evaluate their detecting sensitivities and specificities. APAbs is specific to C.lunata and DAPAbs is specific to C.lunata too when reacting with the proteins of maize. DAPAbs can be used to detect the maize seed bring C.lunatap.
