不同辐照下大豆胰蛋白酶抑制剂荧光的小波分析

摘要：

用db4小波分析了不同剂量的60Co-γ辐照下大豆胰蛋白酶抑制剂(KSTI)的荧光发射谱.结果表明:随着辐照剂量的增加,KSTI蛋白分子破碎程度加深,光谱噪声加重,因此要获得KSTI光谱相关信息,需要对不同的光谱数据进行不同层次的小波分解和重构.

摘要：

The fluorescence spectrum of the irradiated soybean trypsin inhibitor(KSTI) under different dose of 60Co-γ were analyzed by db4 wavelet.The results showed that the KSTI protein was obviously deactivated and the spectral noise was enhanced seriously with the dose increased.In order to obtain detail information of SKTI spectrum,the data of spectra were studied based on db4 wavelet transformation on different level.
