苜蓿干草替代部分精料对奶牛产奶性能的影响

摘  要：
选择年龄、胎次、分娩季节接近的奶牛20头,随机分为4组,每组5头,分别于每天用0、3、6、9 kg的苜蓿干草替代奶牛日粮中的部分精饲料。结果表明,添加苜蓿干草对奶牛的产奶量和乳蛋白没有显著地影响(P>0.05),但添加组(每天3、6、9 kg)与对照组(不添加苜蓿干草)相比,乳脂率有显著提高(P<0.05)。从日粮成本看,用苜蓿干草替代奶牛日粮中部分精料可以降低饲料成本,并且以在泌乳奶牛日粮中每天添加6 kg的苜蓿干草替代部分精饲料的处理最为理想。

摘  要：
20 cows,with the same age,birth rank and childbirth season,were selected and divided into 4 groups randomly,each group of 5 heads,fed 0 kg.d-1,3 kg.d-1,6 kg.d-1 and the 9 kg.d-1 alfalfa hay respectively to substitute partial concentrated feed of the dairy cow ration.The result indicated that the appended alfalfa hay had no remarkable influence on the cow milk yield and the milk protein(P>0.05),but the milk fat of the appended groups(3 kg.d-1,6 kg.d-1,9 kg.d-1) was enhanced obviously compared with the control group(0 kg.d-1).From the point of the cost of cow ration,the partial concentrated feed substituted with the alfalfa hay could reduce the cost.The appropriate amount of alfalfa hay was 6 kg.d-1.
