中草药制剂提高肉鸡细胞免疫力的研究

摘  要：
采用E-玫瑰花环(ERFC)形成试验的方法,探索中草药制剂对鸡是否有提高非特异性免疫功能的作用。将中草药白头翁、黄连、板兰根、大青叶、甘草、马齿苋、黄芪、蒲公英、山楂、干姜等按一定比例制成粉剂,将受试动物分为3个试验组和1个对照组。从1日龄开始,3个试验组分别按0.5%、1%、1.5%的比例将中草药制剂加到日粮中进行饲喂,对照组不加任何添加剂,按常规方法进行饲养,35d后采血分离淋巴细胞,进行玫瑰花环(ERFC)试验。结果显示,3个实验组的细胞免疫活性与对照组相比均有显著提高。

摘  要：
In order to resolve the weak immunity effect in broiler,the high incidence of disease,the side effect and medicine remains of chemical immunity and other problems,the method of ERFC was used to study whether herbal medicines enhanced the non-specific immunity function of broiler.In this experiment,all the herbal medicines,pasqueflower,hydrastis,radixisatidis,leafiness,liquorice,purslane,milkvetchroot,dandelion,hawkthorn and ginger were crushed into powders according to a certain proportion.The testing animals were divided into four groups with three experimental teams and one comparison team.Chinese herbal medicines were added in the feedingstuff by 0.5%,1%,1.5% in the three experimental teams and no medicine was added to the comparison team from the birth day.After 35 days,blood was picked;the lymphocytes were separated and the ERFC experiments was carried out.Results showed the cell immunity function in the three experimental teams was significantly enhanced compared with the comparison team.
