中药微生态制剂在畜牧生产中的应用

摘  要:
中药微生态制剂是以微生态学理论为基础,在传统中药制剂的制备工艺中,结合现代微生物发酵技术,对中药基质进行生物转化所获得的产物。微生物的生物转化能大幅度提高中药活性物质含量,改善中药性味,降低中药毒副作用,去除中药中的大分子杂质,发酵基质中的有益微生物及其代谢产物同时也有利于动物机体健康。本文综述了中药微生态制剂的产生背景,中药生物转化菌种类别及中药微生态制剂作用机理,并重点阐述了中药微生态制剂在畜牧生产中的应用效果和发展趋势,为寻找抗生素替代品的研究提供理论依据。

摘  要:
The microecological preparation of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) is the product that is based on the microecology theorywith the combination of modern microbial fermentation technology in TCM preparation technology and bio-transformation of the substrate ofTCM. The microbial bio-transformation can significantly increase the active substance content of TCM, improve the TCM taste characteris-tics, reduce TCM toxicity and side effect and remove the macromolecule impurities of TCM, while the probiotics and its metabolites in thefermentation substrate are conducive to animal health. This paper reviewed the creation background of the microecological preparation ofTCM, the bacterial species involved in the biotransformation and the action mechanism of the microecological preparation of TCM, and fo-cused on the application effect and development tendency of the microecological preparation of TCM in animal production, which provides atheoretical foundation for selection of antibiotic alternatives.
