摘 要:
大肠杆菌肠毒素是引起腹泻的主要致病因子,可以分为热敏性肠毒素和耐热性肠毒素两类。本文就热敏性肠毒素的理化性质、分子结构和生物学功能、免疫原性、免疫佐剂作用以及国内外对其免疫原性与佐剂效应的应用研究进行了综述。

摘 要:
The enterotoxins produced by E.coli are the main diarrhea-causing pathogenic factor, and they fall into two groups: heat-labile toxin and heat-stable toxin. This paper reviews the physicochemical properties, molecular structure, biological functions, and immunogenicity of heat-labile enterotoxin as well as the applied research of immunoadjuvant effects at home and abroad.
