摘 要：
随着城市间高铁网络系统的不断完善,广州、佛山、肇庆之间已经完全实现了高铁互通,离《广佛肇经济圈发展规划(2010—2020)》中提到的"2020年全面实现广佛肇一体化"的目标又迈进了可喜的一步。综合考虑广佛肇一体化过程中文化交流的需求以及当前文化建设的迫切要求,依托高铁而建,能有效实现文化要素沿线交流的高铁图书馆建设也迫在眉睫。

摘 要：
With the improvement of high-speed railway network system between the cities,Guangzhou,Foshan and Zhaoqing have completely achieved the high-speed interconnection,which stepped forward to the goal mentioned in the Economic Circle Hajime Guangfo Development Plan(2010-2020).However,considering the cultural exchange in the Hajime Guangfo Integration process and urgent requirement of cultural construction,the construction of high-speed railway library is imminent.
