探索“以房养老+民宿旅游”模式打造新时代美丽乡村——以山东省淄博市省级贫困村东庄村脱贫为例

摘  要：
乡村旅游是实现农村经济结构转型升级、帮助贫困地区和贫困村民脱贫减贫的一种重要途径。山东省淄博市淄川区东庄村,是省级贫困村,近年来,当地立足自身资源禀赋和发展实际,提出了"以房养老+民宿旅游"的精准扶贫思路,推动农旅融合、多元发展,促进了农民脱贫致富、农村经济稳步发展和美丽乡村建设。本文以东庄村的成功转型为例,分析"以房养老+民宿旅游"在助力脱贫攻坚共同富裕和美丽乡村建设上的作用,为乡村旅游发展和乡村振兴提供经验和启示。

摘  要：
Rural tourism is an important way to realize the transformations and upgrades of rural economic structure and help poor areas and poor villagers to get rid of poverty and reduce poverty. Dongzhuang Village, which is located in Zichuan District of Zibo City of Shandong Province at the provincial poverty level. In recent years, based on its own natural resource and realistic development, it has put forward the idea of "House-for-pension + Homestay tourism" to promote the integration of rural areas and tourism and diversified development. In addition, this model has promoted the peasants' poverty alleviation, the steady development of the rural economy and the construction of beautiful countryside. Based on the successful transformation of Dongzhuang Village, this paper analyzes the role of "House-for-pension + Homestay tourism" in helping the poor to build a common prosperity and beautiful rural construction and providing experience and enlightenment for rural tourism development and rural revitalization.
