摘  要：
以植物叶片为例,以Delphi7为前台开发工具,图像信息数据库采用SQLServer2000作为服务器,实现了图像处理过程中BMP与JPEG格式的转换;同时,通过ADO流式存取技术,实现了数据库对JPEG图像数据操作的支持。

Set Foliage-leaves for example, this paper realized the conversion of the format between BMP and JPEG, and achieved the operation of JPEG by using SQL Server 2000 and the Stream technology of ADO, with the tool of Delphi 7.0.
