农村公共品供给对农村居民消费结构的影响研究

摘  要：
基于2000-2011年省际面板数据实证分析了农村公共品供给对农村居民消费结构的影响.研究表明:从全国来看,不同的公共品供给对消费结构升级作用强度存在明显差异,民生发展类公共品的影响强度大于基础设施类的影响强度;从地区来看,各种公共品供给和各项消费的相关性和影响力度存在显著差异,与东部相比,民生发展类公共品供给对中西部消费结构的影响更为突出;收入是影响消费水平和消费结构的最重要因素.据此认为,在确保农村居民持续增收同时,要重视优化农村公共品供给结构,而优化公共品供给结构引导消费结构升级的侧重点应因地而异.

摘  要：
Based on the 2000-2011inter-provincial panel data,this paper does an empirical analysis of the effect of rural public goods supply on the consumption structure of rural residents.The results show that from a nationwide perspective,the supply of public goods of people's livelihood has markedly greater influences on the upgrading of consumption structure than the supply of public goods of infrastructure,while from an inter-regional perspective,the correlation between various public goods supply and consumption and their influences on consumption vary significantly with different regions.The supply of public goods about infrastructure and people's livelihood has greater influences on consumption structure in the central and western regions than in the eastern region of the country.Income is the most important influencing factor for consumption level and consumption structure.It is concluded according to the above results that while ensuring a continuous increase of rural residents'income,we should attach more importance to the optimization of the structure of rural public goods supply and that the optimization of the structure of public goods supply and the upgrading of consumption structure should be done based on regional differences.
