城市园林绿化树种嫩枝扦插繁殖技术

摘  要:
以紫叶小檗等11种城市绿化树种为试材,对其插穗用不同生根剂处理,并调查其生根率。结果表明:1)粉花溲疏、火焰柳、芽红红瑞木扦插繁殖时,用1 000 mg/kg吲哚丁酸(IBA)对插穗进行浸蘸处理,生根率较高;2)用IBA对插穗进行浸蘸处理,在药剂浓度0 mg/kg~1 000 mg/kg范围内,插穗生根率随浓度增大而升高,大于1 000 mg/kg时,插穗则出现药害,生根率下降。

摘  要:
Using 11 greening plant species(for example purple leaf barberry) as test materials,their cuttings were dealt with different rooting reagent solution to induce root.The results showed: 1) Fenhuasoushu,salix cv.flame,and Cornus alba with red bud cuttings show high rooting rate dipped in solution 1 000 mg/kg of IBA;2) At range of 0 mg/kg~1 000 mg/kg of IBA,cutting rooting rate increases with IBA concentration.While more than 1 000 mg/kg of IBA concentration,cuttings will be presented phytotoxicity symptoms.
