铜胁迫对2种三峡库区消落带适生植物生长及铜积累的影响

摘  要:
本文采用水培实验,模拟三峡库区长江水体Cu2+污染环境,在Hoagland营养液中加入不同浓度的Cu2+(CuCl2·2H2O),研究Cu2+对2种适生草本植物生长、生理指标、铜积累与分布的影响。结果表明,在Cu2+处理范围内,低浓度Cu2+对狗牙根和双穗雀稗植株生长没有出现明显的伤害现象,甚至表现出一定的促进性,新芽和新根数增加,当Cu2+浓度达适宜(狗牙根为40 mg/L,双穗雀稗为10 mg/L)时达最多,高浓度铜导致狗牙根和双穗雀稗新芽和新根数下降。在铜浓度为60 mg/L处理条件下,狗牙根叶绿素含量、SOD、POD及CAT活性分别为对照的57.77%、63.93%、136%、64.46%,而双穗雀稗不能生存。2种植物地上部分和地下部分铜含量随着铜处理浓度的增高而增加,狗牙根和双穗雀稗地上部分和地下部分富集系数平均值分别为11.03、15.39和18.28、23.63,转运系数平均值分别为0.73、0.33。在铜污染的土壤、水体植物修复中,狗牙根具有一定的潜在应用价值,是三峡库区消落带环境修复优良物种。

摘  要:
In this paper,heavy metal Chromium( Cu2 +) CuCl2·2H2O was added into Hoagland solution to imitate Cu2 +polluted water environment with water culture method,and the effects of Cu2 +on the plant growth,physiological characteristics,Cu accumulation and distribution in Cynodon dactylon( Linn.) Pers and Paspalum distichum L. were analyzed. The result showed that the new root and bud number of Cynodon dactylon and Paspalum distichum increased under lower Cu2 +concentrations,however,lower new root,bud number were observed under the higher Cu2 +concentrations. Compared with control group,the contents of chlorophyll,the activity of superoxide dismutase( SOD),peroxidase( POD) and catalase( CAT) of Cynodon dactylon( Linn.) Pers were 57. 77 %,63. 93 %,136 % and 64. 46 %,respectively,but Paspalum distichum died with concentration of 60 mg·L- 1Cu2 +. Cu contents in stem,leaf and root of two plants usually enhanced with increasing concentrations of Cu2 +in Hoagland solution. The average accumulation factors of shoots /roots were 11. 03 /15. 39,18. 28 /23. 63 while the average translocation factors in Cynodon dactylon and Paspalum distichum were 0. 73,0. 33,respectively. The results suggest that Cynodon dactylon was promising for the phytoremediation of Cu-contaminated soil and water,which was a good plant species in water ecosystem restoration.
