复合益生菌制剂对舍饲山羊育肥性能和血清生化指标的影响

摘  要:
本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加不同水平的复合益生菌制剂对舍饲山羊育肥性能和血清生化指标的影响。选取80只年龄和体重相近的健康努比亚母山羊,随机分为5组,每组4个重复,每个重复4只羊。各组在基础饲粮中分别添加0(对照组)、0.1%、0.2%、0.4%和0.8%的复合益生菌制剂(由植物乳杆菌、酵母菌组成,两者活菌数分别为2.0×106、1.0×106CFU/mL)。预试期7 d,正试期60 d。结果显示:与对照组比较,0.2%、0.4%和0.8%益生菌组的平均日增重分别提高了20.00%、22.46%和15.79%(P>0.05),料重比分别降低了17.65%、20.68%和15.36%(P>0.05);0.2%、0.4%和0.8%益生菌组的血清总蛋白和球蛋白含量均显著提高(P<0.05);0.4%益生菌组的血清总抗氧化能力、总超氧化物歧化酶活性显著提高(P<0.05),丙二醛含量显著降低(P<0.05);0.4%益生菌组的血清免疫球蛋白G、免疫球蛋白A和免疫球蛋白M含量显著提高(P<0.05)。以上结果表明,在饲粮中添加0.4%的复合益生菌制剂可提高舍饲山羊的血清免疫球蛋白含量,改善其抗氧化功能,并具有提高其育肥性能的趋势。

摘  要:
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of complex-probiotic-preparation on fattening performance and serum biochemical indexes of captive goats. Eighty healthy Nubian female goats of similar age and body weight were selected and randomly divided into 5 groups with 4 replicates in each group and4 goats in each replicate. Goats in 5 groups were fed basal diets supplemented with 0(control group),0.1%,0.2%,0.4% and 0.8% complex-probiotic-preparation(it was composed of Lactobacillus plantarum and yeast,and the viable numbers of them were 2.0×106 and 1.0×106 CFU/mL,respectively),respectively. The prefeeding period of 7 days and the trial period was 60 days. The results showed as follows:compared with the control group,the average daily gain(ADG)in 0.2%,0.4% and 0.8% probiotics groups were increased by20.00%,22. 46% and 15. 79%(P > 0. 05),respectively,and the feed/gain was decreased by 17. 65%,20.68% and 15.36%(P>0.05),respectively;the contents of serum total protein and globulin in 0.2%,0.4%and 0.8% probiotics groups were significantly increased(P<0.05);and also,in the 0.4% probiotics group,the serum total antioxidant capacity and total superoxide dismutase activity were significantly increased(P <0.05),and the serum malondialdehyde(MDA)content was significantly decreased(P<0.05);in addition,the contents of serum immunoglobulin G(IgG),immunoglobulin A(IgA)and immunoglobulin M(IgM)in0.4% probiotic group were significantly increased(P<0.05). The results indicate that adding 0.4% complexprobiotic-preparation to the diet can increase the contents of serum immunoglobulins,improve the antioxidative function,and has the trend of improving the fattening performance of captive goats.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2020,32(1):440-446]
