纳米器件对蔬菜硝酸盐、亚硝酸盐和VC含量的影响

摘  要:
研究了TiO2-ZnO复合纳米材料对蔬菜中硝酸盐、亚硝酸盐及VC含量的影响。研究结果表明,复合纳米器件可使小白菜中的硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐含量显著降低,且下降幅度与处理时间呈正相关,复合纳米材料处理对蔬菜中VC没有破坏作用。

摘  要:
The effect of nanomaterial of TiO2-ZnO compound on nitrate, nitrite and VC content was studied in vegetable. The results indicated that the nanomaterial device can reduce the the nitrate content and nitrite content of cabbage, and the decrease was positively correlated to the treatment time. The nanomaterial device has no effect on the VC content in vegetable.
