摘  要：
Consideration on the Scale of Agricultural Management in China HE Xiurong(4) The Removing of Community for Agricultural Scale Operation and Its Driving Force:Evidence from Nanhe Town in Anhui Province SUN Xinhua(16) In the process of rapid development of agricultural scale operation,the capital groups from outside the rural community have poured into the agricultural production. This form of agricultural scale operation is profoundly changing the community embedment of agricultural operation, and making it inereasingly un-embedded fi'om village communities. The removing of community of agricultural scale operation manifest primarily in the following three aspects: the adventives tendency of agricultural operation entities, the short-term tendency of agricultural operation mode, and the rationalization of agricultural pro- duction relations. The capital penetration and administrative promotion together constitute the basic driving force of this process. While these two forces promote the agricultural modernization,but seriously eroded rural communities and the interests of its members. Therefore, there is an urgent need to establish and practice the community standard agricultural scale operation. To this end,we need greater respect for the will of the rural communities and their members,control the capital of industrial and commercial and regulate the behavior of local governments.
