以农民专业合作社为基础的资金互助制度分析

摘  要：
我国民间融资作为农村金融抑制下的诱致性制度变迁的产物,其存在和发展具有一定的合理性和必然性,也是农村经济发展的内生性产物。合作社内部开展资金互助作为民间融资的一种形式是发展合作金融及破解农村金融问题的一种有益探索。从基层发展实践看,合作社内部开展资金互助,有效地改善了农户贷款难问题,实现了农村各种资源有机整合与有效利用。为促进其健康发展,本文认为需从政府支持、组织制度建设等方面对其进行规范。

摘  要：
As the product of induced institutional change in the restraint of rural finance,the existence of China's rural private finance has certain rationality and necessity,and it is also the endogenous product with the development of rural economy.Carrying out mutual fund aid within cooperatives through private financing is a useful exploration as a form of developing cooperation and solving the financial problems of rural finance.In the grass-roots development practice,carrying out mutual fund aid within the cooperative can effectively solve the problem of the farmers loans difficulty,and realize the organic integration and effective use of rural resources.To promote their healthy development,this study suggests to regulate its organization system through government support.
