摘  要:
类受体蛋白激酶(receptor-like protein kinases, RLKs)作为重要的信号分子受体,在植物生长发育过程中起着重要的调控作用。RLKs主要通过胞内的激酶区磷酸化其底物蛋白来发挥作用,因此鉴定RLKs的底物蛋白对于其功能的研究至关重要。本研究利用酵母双杂交系统对FTPK1的互作蛋白进行筛选,初步确定了两个候选蛋白,为进一步研究该激酶的功能奠定了基础。

摘  要:
Plant receptor-like kinases(RLKs) acting as signal receptors play key roles in plant growth and development. As RLKs execute functions by phosphorylation of downstream targets, identification of targets for RLKs is critical for kinase function identification and analysis. In this study, the yeast two-hybrid system was used to screen interacting proteins of FTPK1, and two candidate interacting proteins were preliminarily identified. This research would lay the foundation for further study of the FTPK1 function.
