微波萃取-气质联用法测定沉积物中的酞酸酯类化合物

摘  要:
用微波萃取仪、乙腈溶剂提取沉积物中的5种酞酸酯类化合物,萃取溶液经氟罗里硅土小柱净化、氮吹浓缩后用气相色谱-质谱法分析。该方法检出限为0.030 mg/kg,空白样品酞酸酯类加标回收率为72.5%~108.0%,标准偏差小于2%。

摘  要:
Microwave was used to extract five phthalatic acid esters in sediment with acetonitrile solvent.After the purification process by a florisil column the solution was passed to the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry for analysis.The testing was performed with the detection limit 0.030 mg/kg,while in precision testing the relative standard deviations was below 2% with recovery rate staying between 72.5% and 108.0%.
