台湾农产品安全热点问题剖析

摘  要：
农产品安全问题层出不穷,本文分别以美国牛肉进口事件、禽流感事件、塑化剂事件等为例,对台湾地区进口农产品质量控制与安全管理、原产地农产品防疫检验、加工食品安全管理以及转基因食品的控制管理等热点问题进行剖析,研究表明,台湾地区在农产品安全问题上,当局的相关管理应该来说是理性而有效的,但应进一步加强与国际检测认证标准接轨,加大财政支持,推动产销履历制度,并加强沟通,取得民众的认同,全面推广"安全容许"与"强制标示"制度。

摘  要：
There are more and more questions on the safety of agri-products.The incidents such as importation of American beef,avian flu,di-(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate were taken for examples to analyze the questions on the safety of agri-product in Taiwan.Results showed that the measures for importation,native,processed agricultural products and genetically modified food in Taiwan were rational and effective,but some standards should be made to meet international need,the traceability system should be promoted and the communication with popular should be strengthened,and acceptable daily intake and compelling marking should be popularized.
