青海牛乳中α_(s1)-酪蛋白的电泳研究

摘  要：
对青海省 4个品种 56 0头牛乳中的αs1 酪蛋白进行了电泳研究。结果发现 :(1)青海牛乳中αs1 酪蛋白基因座受αs1 CNB,αs1 CNC,αs1 CND 和αs1 CNE4个等位基因的控制 ,有αs1 CNBB ,αs1 CNBC ,αs1 CNBD ,αs1 CNBE ,αs1 CNCC和αs1 CNCD 6种基因型 ;(2 )在青海东部黄牛中发现一种新等位基因αs1 CNE 和一种罕见等位基因αs1 CND ;(3)在αs1 CN基因座上 ,柴达木黄牛与青海东部黄牛之间有最近的亲缘关系 ,而杂种牛与黑白花牛的亲缘关系较近。

摘  要：
cattle of four breeds in Qinghai Province were used to investigate the α s1 casein in milk by electrophoresis.The results were as follows:(1)The polymorphism was controlled by four alleles including α s1 CN B,α s1 CN C,α s1 CN D and α s1 CN E and having six genotypes including α s1 CN BB,α s1 CNBC,α s1 CN BD,α s1 CN BE,α s1 CN CC and α s1 CN CD;(2)A new allele,or α s1 CN E,and a rare allele,or α s1 CN D,were discovered in the milk of Qinghai east yellow cattle;(3)There was the closest relationship between Chaidamu and Qinghai east yellow cattle and the closer relation ship between crossbred cattle and black white cattle.
