15个生防菌株乙酸乙酯提取物对松材线虫的杀虫活性

摘  要:
筛选的15个生防菌株乙酸乙酯提取物对松材线虫的杀虫活性研究表明,淡紫拟青霉菌株PT1杀虫效果最佳,24 h、48 h和72 h校正死亡率均达到100%;木霉菌株T-28在24 h校正死亡率达到78.64%,48 h为97.12%,72 h达到100%;T-19和T-43在72 h校正死亡率分别达到63.17%,63.59%。

摘  要:
Efficient strains for killing pine wood nematode were screened through the research on insecticidal activities of ethyl acetate efficiently extracts from fifteen bio-control strains to pine wood nematode. They are Paecilomyces lilacinus PT1,Trichoderma SPP. T-28,Trichoderma SPP. T-19 and Trichoderma SPP. T-43. Paecilomyces lilacinus PT1 has the best killing effect to the nematode, the death rate reached 100% within ether 24 h, 48 h or 72 h,the death rate of Trichoderma SPP. T-28 reached 78.64% in24 h,48 h for 97.12% and reached 100% in 72 h; Trichoderma SPP. T-19 and Trichoderma SPP. T-43 death date in 72 h was 63.59%,63.17% respectively.These strains can be used as efficient strains for further research.
