导叶与隔舌相对位置对离心泵非定常压力脉动影响的数值模拟

摘  要:
导叶叶片出口边与蜗壳隔舌的相对安放位置对单级离心泵水力性能影响较大,该问题在设计和安装过程中容易被忽略.为了研究时序效应对离心泵运行时非定常压力脉动的影响,首先通过试验测得离心泵外特性曲线,然后采用雷诺时均法对离心泵内部流场进行数值模拟,并将模拟结果与试验进行对比.结果表明,模拟值与试验值契合度较高.模拟结果显示时序效应对离心泵非定常压力脉动影响较大.当安放角度ψ为25°和41°时,叶轮及扩压器内部压力脉动较小,蜗壳内部压力脉动较大;当安放角度ψ为5°和59°时,蜗壳内部压力脉动较大,叶轮及导叶内部压力脉动较小.研究结果对导叶安装有一定借鉴价值.

摘  要:
The diffuser installation location between the diffuser vane and volute tongue( clock effect)has a great effect on the performance of the single-stage centrifugal pump,which,however,is often ignored by designers. The influence of clock effect on the unsteady pressure fluctuations in a centrifugal pump and the radial force of impeller were investigated. The steady-state hydrodynamic performance of the centrifugal pump with vaned diffuser was experimentally measured. Numerical simulations based on the Reynolds averaged Navier- Stokes( RANS) and turbulence models were carried out to obtain the hydrodynamic performance of the centrifugal pump applied in the experiments reported here. The numerical results of the hydrodynamic performance were in agreement with the experimental data. The accuracy of the utilized numerical approach was demonstrated. The unsteady flow characte-ristics of thecentrifugal pump were numerically studied. The clock effect has great influence on the pressure fluctuation and the unsteady radial force imposed on the impeller. When ψ = 25° or ψ = 41°,the pump is characteristic of a small pressure fluctuation both in the impeller and in the diffuser,but a big pressure fluctuation in the volute. Small radial force on the impeller is another characteristic when ψ = 5° andψ = 59°. Thus the diffuser should be properly installed so that the volute tongue is located near the middle of two diffuser vanes to obtain better performance.
