摘 要：
在城市设计的视角下,以合肥包公园及周边环境为研究对象,简要概括公园的发展历程。从功能、活力、环境及管理3个层面分析总结现状存在问题,探讨了在时代发展的契机下,公园整体发展的必要性,并尝试提出整体环境提升的建设发展思路。

摘 要：
In the urban planning perspective,and taking the Hefei Baogong Park and the surrounding environment as study object,the park development process was summarized from the aspect of function,energy,environment and management.Besides,the necessity of the overall development of the park was discussed.The ideas to enhance the overall environment were proposed in the end.
