不同父本对‘八眉’猪年生产能力的影响

摘  要:
【目的】研究父本对‘八眉’猪年生产能力的影响.【方法】以‘长白’、‘大约克’和‘杜洛克’作父本与‘八眉’猪杂交,测定‘八眉’猪的繁殖性能,同时选取所产仔猪进行生长育肥试验,测定其胴体品质与肉质,分析其经济效益.【结果】‘长白’作父本试验组总产仔数(11.14头)显著高于‘杜洛克’作父本的(P<0.05),‘大约克’作父本试验组产活仔数(9.43头)显著高于‘杜洛克’作父本的(P<0.05),‘杜洛克’作父本试验组断奶成活率(97.92%)极显著高于‘长白’和‘大约克’作父本的(P<0.01).试验全期不同试验组日增重、料肉比没有显著差异(P>0.05).‘长白’作父本试验组胴体瘦肉率显著高于‘杜洛克’作父本的(P<0.05),‘大约克’作父本试验组脂肪率显著高于‘长白’作父本的(P<0.05),而其他胴体性能和肉质指标3组没有显著差异(P>0.05).【结论】用母猪年提供断奶仔猪数来评价八眉猪年生产能力,‘大约克’和‘杜洛克’作父本的要高于‘长白’作父本的;用母猪年提供肉量来评价‘八眉’猪年生产能力,‘杜洛克’作父本的最高,其次‘大约克’,‘长白’作父本的最低.

摘  要:
【Objective】To explore the annul production capacity of‘Bamei'pigs.【Method】The reproduction performances of‘Bamei'pig were evaluated by crossbreeding with three male parents of‘Landrace',‘Yorkshire'and ‘Duroc'.The growth performance,carcass performance,meat qualities and annual economic benefit of different hybrid combination commercial pigs were studied.【Result】Total litter size in‘Landrace'בBamei'(L×B)group(11.14)and alive litter size in ‘Yorkshire'בBamei'(Y×B)group(9.43)were significantly higher than that of‘Duroc'בBamei'(D×B)group(P<0.05),while,the survival rate of weaning piglet in D×B group(97.92%)was extremely significantly higher than the other groups(P<0.01).The growth performance among different hybrid combination commercial pigs were not significant(P>0.05).The lean meat percentages of L×B group were significantly higher than that of D×B group(P<0.05),the fat percentage of Y×B group were significantly higher than that of L×B group(P<0.05),however,other parameters of carcass and meat quality among three crossbred groups were notsignificantly different(P>0.05).【Conclusion】The annual production capacity of Y×B and D×B groups were higher than L×B group due to the litter size at weaning provided by‘Bamei'sows one year,while according to the meat output provided by ‘Bamei'sows one year,the annual production capacity of D×B groups were highest,followed by Y×B groups and L×B group was the lowest.
