长根菇静置培养液体菌种培养基的优化

摘  要：
[目的]为更好地开发和利用长根菇这一珍稀食、药用菌资源。[方法]以菌丝体生物量为测定指标,采用静置培养的方法探索长根菇液体菌种的最佳培养基配方。[结果]通过单因素试验和正交试验,确定静置培养长根菇液体菌种的最佳培养基配方为:4.0%玉米淀粉、0.2%黄豆饼粉、2.0%葡萄糖、0.2%蛋白胨、0.2%KH2PO4、0.1%MgSO4、0.1%CaSO4和60.0 mg/L VB1。在此培养基中,在25～26℃静置培养8 d后,长根菇菌丝体生物量可达8.75 g/L。[结论]由于优化的培养基中主要原料价格较低,因此将此培养基配方用于生产将会降低生产成本。

摘  要：
[Objective] The aim of the research was to develop and utilize the rare resource of edible and medicinal fungi of Oudemansiella radicata better.[Method] With the mycelial biomass as the testing index,the optimum medium formula for the liquid strain of O.radicata was discussed through static culture.[Result] By single factor test and orthogonal test,the optimum medium formula for the liquid strain of O.radicata in static culture was confirmed as 4.0 % cornstarch,0.2 % soybean cake meal,2.0 % glucose,0.2 % peptone,0.2 % KH2PO4,0.1 % MgSO4,0.1 % CaSO4 and 60 mg/L VB1.In this medium,the mycelial biomass of O.radicata could reach 8.75 g/L after the static culture for 8 d at 25～26 ℃.[Conclusion] Because the prices of main materials in the optimized medium were lower,applying this medium formula in the production would reduce the production cost.
