“球化”接种对根瘤菌在种子上成活的影响

摘  要:
为提高根瘤菌剂的使用效果,改进接种技术,用阿拉伯树胶作粘着剂,碳酸钙为球化材料,制成球比种子。在土壤干燥、pH低、含盐量高或与酸性肥料直接接触时,球化种子上的活菌数均比未经球化的多,差异达显著或极显著水平,说明球化可减轻不利环境对根瘤菌的危害,使其在与土著根瘤菌结瘤竞争中占优势,从而使豆科植物早结瘤,多结瘤。

摘  要:
In order to raise effect of inoculant, pelleting seed coated with gum arabic as adhesive and calcium carbonate as pelleting material, a technique of applying inoculant to seed, were applied in the experiments. Under unfavourable conditions such as in dry, acid and salt soils or direct contact with acid fertilizer, pelleting seed gave significantly better survival of Rhizobium than non-pelleting seed because of protecting Rhizobium from adverse circumstances, and Rhizobium on pelleting seed could win to earlier and more nodulation between compi- tition with native strains of Rhizobium in soil,
