SBR工艺处理电镀废水的运行参数探讨

摘  要:
指出了实验SBR反应器脱氮除磷适宜运行工况为"进水—厌氧—好氧—沉淀—排泥—闲置"。在运行工况下根据COD、氨氮、总磷去除效果探讨了厌氧时间、好氧时间、pH值、溶解氧与脱氮除磷和有机物去除之间的关系,并确定了最佳运行模式。实验结果表明:污泥驯养10d,氨氮、COD、总磷的去除效果趋于稳定;活性污泥驯养完成后,分析了污泥浓度对于脱氮除磷的影响,选取4个浓度梯度,总体来说,污泥浓度越高,脱氮除磷效果越好但是随着污泥负荷太大也会抑制微生物生长,影响去除效果,所以当污泥浓度为3255mg/L,COD、总磷、氨氮的去除率的去除率最佳,分别为73.33%、98.90%、85.90%;厌氧阶段:pH值先快速下降后缓慢下降,聚磷菌大量释磷,在厌氧3.5h释磷效果达到最佳,在好氧阶段:溶解氧控制在1.05~1.09mg/L,结合实际情况确定最佳好氧时间为4.0h。

摘  要:
This experiment SBR denitrification and phosphorus removal optimum operation condition is"water-anaerobic-aerobic-precipitation,mud and idle.Under operating conditions,the effects of COD removal,ammonia nitrogen removal and total phosphorus removal were investigated to investigate the relationship between anaerobic time,aerobic time,pH,dissolved oxygen,nitrogen and phosphorus removal and organic matter removal and to determine the optimal operation mode.The experimental results showed that ammonia nitrogen,COD and phosphorus removal effect tend to be stableafter the domesticated sludge for 10 days.After the domestication of activated sludge was completed,the effects of sludge concentration on nitrogen and phosphorus removal were discussed.Four concentration gradient was selected.In general,the higher the sludge concentration,the better the effect of nitrogen and phosphorus is.The growth of microorganisms will be inhibited because of too largesludge load,which will influence removal effect.So,when the sludge concentration of 3255 ㎎/L,the removal rate of COD,total phosphorus,ammonia nitrogen removal rate was the best 73.33%,98.90% and 85.90% respectively.in anaerobic phase,the pH decreased rapidly and then decreased slowly.Phosphorus released by P.polyphylla was largely released after 3.5 hof anaerobic treatment.During aerobic phase,the dissolved oxygen was controlled at 1.05-1.09㎎/L,and the best was determined according to the actual situation Oxygen time is 4.0 h.
