转基因小麦外源基因在主栽小麦种质中的遗传规律

摘  要:
为了研究转基因小麦中外源品质基因1D x 5在我国主栽小麦种质中的遗传规律,以转基因小麦B 72-8-11b为父本,主栽品种川89-107和鄂麦18为母本进行杂交,采用SDS-PAGE技术检测并分析各组合亲本、F1、F2、BC1F2、BC2F1、BC2F2代的HMW-GS组成。结果表明,外源基因有效地整合到主栽小麦的基因组中,并能够遵循孟德尔遗传模式稳定地遗传给下一代。

摘  要:
Crossings and backcrossings between transgenic wheat line and elite wheat varieties have been carried out in order to study the inheritance and stability of transgenic wheat varieties. Transgenic wheat line was B72-8-11b in which the 1Dx5 gene had expressed and the two elite varieties were Chuan 89-107 and Emai 18 with high yield and stress-resistance. Different crosses and generation populations were obtained. The grains of parents, F_1, F_2 and backcross progenies BC_1F_2, BC_2F_1, BC_2F_2 were analyzed by SDS-PAGE method for 1Dx5 gene. The results showed that the transgene 1Dx5 had been integrated into the target wheat varieties and expressed stably according to the Mendelian pattern, which would be beneficial to wheat breeding.
