摘  要：
非木质资源的保护与利用是集生态利用、经济利用和社会利用于一身的森林生态系统的综合利用方式,非木质资源保护与利用的本质在于生态效益与经济效益的和谐统一,提出对非木质资源进行时间上和空间上的规划,并利用市场方式吸引农民进行相应的非木质资源的营造、保护与利用的对策措施。

摘  要：
Protection and utilization of non-wooden resources is a comprehensive use way of ecology utilization,economy utilization and society utilization.This text think that the essence of protection and utilization of non-wooden resources lies in ecological benefits unify with harmony of economic benefits,and has proposed carrying on the planning on time and on the space to non-wooden resources,and utilize the market way to attract peasants to carry on the construction,protection and utilization of non-wooden resources.
