摘  要:
化学诱导型启动子能够从时空上精确调控基因的表达,是研究基因产物的有力工具。利用植物内源性化学诱导启动子或其他生物的化学诱导响应元件都可以在植物中构建化学诱导表达系统。文章介绍了化学诱导表达系统的类型及其构建原理,并对其在植物基因工程中的应用提出了展望。

摘  要:
Control of gene expression is an important aspect of chemical-inducible promoters. This flexibility is much beneficial for us to study the function of a given gene. The way of regulated expression of plant genes are using endogenous chemical-inducible promoters in plants or using regulatory elements responding to chemicals from other organismin plants. Several chemical-inducible expression systems have been developed and applied in plant genetic engineering. This paper reviewed the types and latest applications of chemical-inducible systems for regulated expression of plant genes, and gave future prospects.
