河北省小麦发展中水资源短缺问题的解决策略分析

摘  要:
针对河北省小麦产业发展严重受限于水资源短缺的问题,提出了推广节水品种、应用节水技术、南水北调工程以及污水的再生利用等几种解决途径.节水品种的应用需注意节水与增产的平衡;节水技术的应用主要包含升级灌溉方法、使用土壤保水剂、覆盖物保墒、桐麦间作栽培和化学调控等;南水北调工程和污水的再生利用分别是通过直接或间接方法获得新水源来缓解水资源短缺危机.

摘  要:
The development of wheat industry has been severely restricted for the water resources shortage.The solving way were put forward mainly in the promotion of water- saving varieties, application of water- saving technology,the South to North water transfer project and wastewater reuse and so on.The analysis showed that the promotion of water-saving varieties need to pay attention to the balance between water saving and wheat production.The application of water-saving technology is mainly based on upgrading irrigation methods,using soil moisture maintainer and covering matter to keep soil moisture,the inter crop system of Paulownia trees and wheat crop,the chemical regulation technology and so on.Both the South to North water transfer project and wastewater reuse alleviate the crisis of water resources through the exploration of new water sources.
