摘  要：
The fundamental policy of reforming state forest area is the separation of government functions from en terprise management.The current reform includes four models which are that Jilin forest industry group and Inner Mongolia forest industry group reform mode,Qinghe forestry bureau and Shibazhan forestry bureau reform mode,the forest resources management system reform mode and national forest tenure reform mode.The reform has the main features as follows: first,reform is launched from bottom.Second,the gradual internal separation reform which has the important characteristics of forest industry for the government functions and the forest resources su pervision and management functions turn over new government functional departments which consist of the origi nal forest industry staff's has a try in practice.There is nothing wrong with that in academic.
