微量元素预混合饲料中碘的测定方法探讨

摘  要:
在饲料行业中测定微量元素预混合饲料中的碘含量时,采用国家标准GB/T13882—2010饲料中碘的测定硫氰酸铁-亚硝酸催化动力学法。我们在采用该方法检测已知碘含量的碘酸盐样品时,发现检测结果与样品中已知碘含量相差很大,文章对该方法作了适当改进后,使方法的准确性得到大大提高。改进之处为:国标中只采用碘化钾一种物质做工作曲线,本文针对实际样品中碘源的不同而采用对应的碘标准物质做工作曲线。实验结果表明,采用国标中的方法检测样品中的碘源分别为碘化钾、碘酸钾、碘酸钙时,对应的相对误差分别为+6.0%、-21.3%、-36.9%;采用改进后的方法,大大提高了检测结果的准确性,相对误差在-2.7%~+6.0%之间。

摘  要:
The content of iodine elements in the mineral mixed feed industry was determined by themethod of iron- thiocyanate nitrous acid catalytic dynamic research method with GB/T 13882—2010.However, when we used this method to detect the samples with iodine content known clearly, the io-dine content detected was differed greatly from the known.In this paper, we have improved the methodin GB/T 13882—2010, and has enormously increased the accuracy of this method. Compared with theprevious method GB/T 13882—2010 using only potassium iodide to prepare the standard curve, thecurrent method uses the corresponding iodine based on the different source of iodine in real samplesto get the standard substance curve, which is more reasnable and stable. The result shows that whenusing potassium iodide, potassium iodate, calcium iodate which were source of iodine according to thenational standard respectively, the corresponding relative error were+6.0%,-21.3%,-36.9% respec-tively and the relative error was between the-2.7%~+ 6.0%.
