超声引导下注射平阳霉素治疗纵膈淋巴管囊肿12例

摘 要：
目的探讨超声引导下注射平阳霉素治疗纵膈淋巴管囊肿的疗效。方法对12例纵膈淋巴管囊肿患者在超声引导下注射平阳霉素,注射前先行超声定位,平阳霉素用利多卡因溶解成2mg·mL-1的溶液,一次最大用量不超过32mg,共注射l~3次。结果 9例囊肿完全消失,3例囊肿明显缩小,个别患者有短暂发热,心跳加速,呼吸急促等不良反应。结论超声引导下注射平阳霉素治疗纵膈淋巴管囊肿具有定位准确、损伤小、并发症少、疗效好等优点,值得临床推广应用。

摘 要：
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of ultrasound-guided injection of bleomycin for mediastinal lymphatic cyst.Methods 12 cases of mediastinal lymphatic cyst between 2010-2014 in our hospital were treated with injection of bleomycin guided by ultrasound.Ultrasound localization was performed before injection.The bleomycin was dissolved into a solution of 2mg/ml by lidocaine.A maximum amount did not exceed 32 mg.Injections were performed l-3times.Results Nine cases of cyst had complete remission and 3cases of cyst significantly reduced.Individual patients had transient fever,rapid heartbeat,shortness of breath and other adverse reactions.Conclusion Ultrasound-guided injection of bleomycin for treatment of mediastinal lymphatic cyst had advantages of accurate positioning,less damage,fewer complications,good effect,etc.It was safe,effective,economical and worthy of promotion.
