恩施州土特产品硒含量调查与评价

摘  要:
对恩施州土特产品硒含量水平进行调查研究。结果表明,恩施州土特产品因土壤硒含量普遍较高,所检土特产品批次中65.9%含硒,50.4%含有机硒,47.5%富含有机硒。含总硒最高的是菌类,其次是代用茶、最低是酒类;含有机硒最高的是菌类,其次是代用茶、酒类不含有机硒。

摘  要:
The state of Enshi native products of total selenium content was investigated.The results showed that the Enshi native products because of soil selenium content of selenium was generally high.The containing selenium of native products was 65.9%,50.4% of which contained organic selenium,and 47.5% of which were rich in organic selenium.The highest total selenium containing was fungi,followed by substitute of tea,wine was the lowest;The highest organic selenium containing was fungi,followed by substitute of tea,while wine did not contain organic selenium.
