摘  要：
为实现和平发展的战略目标,中国提出了在国内建设和谐社会、在国际建立和谐世界的一整套国家战略。和谐理念是适应时代潮流而提出的,其中世界和谐是中国和平发展的外部条件,中国的和平发展也将推动和谐世界的建设。为此,我国要利用各种手段和途径,推动和谐世界的建设,加速实现我国的和平发展事业。

摘  要：
In order to achieve peace development strategic target,China proposed a set of national strategry that includes construction harmonious society in the domestic and establishment the harmonious world.The harmonious idea is adapts to the trend of times,the harmony world is the external condition of China's peace development,China's peace development will impel the harmonious world simultaneously.Therefore,China must use all kinds of methods to impel the construction of harmonious world,to accelerate our country's peace development enterprise.
