硝基苯污染对水稻生长发育及稻米安全性的影响

摘  要:
以水稻品系哈04-34为材料,利用盆栽试验,在人工气候箱内模拟水稻生长环境,进行全生育期地调查,研究有机污染物硝基苯不同浓度溶液对水稻生长发育、产量性状及稻米安全性的影响。结果表明,硝基苯处理抑制水稻的生长发育,表现为拖后抽穗、延缓抽穗进程、延迟成熟等症状;水稻在产量上均有不同程度的下降,主要是由于每穴穗数明显下降;用硝基苯污染水灌溉的水稻,污染达到国家标准浓度的3倍以上的稻田区没有种植水稻的价值,低浓度条件下只要水稻能正常成熟,其植株和籽粒中均不能检测出有机污染物的残留。

摘  要:
Take rice line Ha04-34 as variety in this study, which cultivated in pot and putted in climatic cabinate, effect of contamination of nitrobenzene on rice growth, yield traits and food security were studied. The results were as follows: effect of nitrobenzene on rice growth were delaying heading and maturity, and reducing spikes per hill. The paddy, when concentration of nitrobenzene was above 3 times of state standard in irrigating water, could not cultivated rice, and it had not detected nitrobenzene residue in seed only the rice could to maturity.
