开放大学合作办学教学过程质量监控体系构建

摘  要：
针对开放大学合作办学教学质量监控效用低的现状,以北京开放大学为例,总结开放大学合作办学教学过程质量监控中存在的问题.在教育深化改革的背景下,基于PDCA循环理论,构建了开放大学合作办学教学过程质量监控体系,包括制订目标和计划、教学过程监控实施、分析与评价、改进与完善四个阶段,并在开放大学合作办学过程中进行了初步实践,取得了一定成效.为促进开放大学合作办学质量、推动开放教育合作办学的良性发展提供了借鉴.

摘  要：
In response to the low effectiveness of teaching quality monitoring in open university cooperative education,taking Beijing Open University as an example,summarize the problems in the quality monitoring of the teaching process in open university cooperative education.In the context of deepening education reform,based on the PDCA cycle theory,a quality monitoring system for the teaching process of open university cooperative education has been constructed,including four stages:setting goals and plans,implementing teaching process monitoring,analyzing and evaluating and improving and improving.Preliminary practice has been carried out in the process of cooperative education in open universities,and certain results have been achieved.Intended to promote the quality of open university cooperative education and promote the healthy development of open education cooperative education.
