田间施用灭幼脲在桃中的残留安全性评估

摘  要:
以灭幼脲为供试农药,运用液相色谱串联质谱法测定了田间施用后桃果实中的灭幼脲残留动态,评估了其残留膳食安全风险,为灭幼脲安全施用提供技术支持。试验结果表明:采用液相色谱串联质谱方法检测桃果实中灭幼脲残留,添加回收率在101.2%—116.1%,变异系数为4.8%—8.7%,最低检出限均为0.01 mg/kg。施用剂量为0.375 g/L时,灭幼脲在桃果实中残留降解符合一级动力学模式,施药10 d后,其消失率大于90%,降解半衰期为3.1 d。在0.25 g/L和0.375 g/L剂量下,两次施药,第7、10、21天残留量不超过0.883 mg/kg。经过残留安全评价,不同人群单独摄入桃的膳食风险熵值均低于ADI的15%,不会对消费者产生明显的安全风险。桃生产中灭幼脲的安全使用指标为:有效成分用量不高于0.25 g/L,施药次数不超过2次,收获前安全间隔期为7 d,最大残留限量值为2.0 mg/kg。

摘  要:
Diflubenzuron were used as pesticides.The LC/MS/MS method was used for determination dynamic of diflubenzuron residues in peach fruits after field application to assess the residual dietary safety risk,which provided technical support for the safe use of diflubenzuron.The safety of diflubenzuron application was studied by peach field trial.The results showed that LC/MS/MS method was used for determination diflubenzuron residues in peach fruits,with spiked recovery rate of 101.2%—116.1%,RSD of 4.8%—8.7%and limit of detection(LOD)0.01 mg/kg.At application rate of 0.375 g/L,the degradation of diflubenzuron residues in peach fruits followed first-order Kinetic.Over 90%was dissipated on 10 days after spray.The degradation halflife for diflubenzuron in peach fruits was 3.1 days.At application rate of 0.25 g/L and 0.375 g/L,diflubenzuron residues at 7—21 days after application were not more than 0.883 mg/kg.According to dietary assessment,the RQ of diflubenzuron residues to different consumers was lower than 15%of ADI.As a result,at the rate of not more than 0.25 g/L diflubenzuron could not be sprayed more than twice in a season with the pre-harvest interval(PHI)7 days.The maximam residue levels(MRLs) of diflubenzuron in peach fruits recommended according to dietary risk assessment was 2.0 mg/kg.
