石属植物新品种特异性、一致性和稳定性(DUS)测试指南的研制

摘  要：
对石榴新品种DUS测试指南的研制原则、测试对象、测试性状选择、标准品种、测试方法和判定标准进行概述,选择35个测试性状,包括植株、枝条、叶片、花、果实和种子,测试性状涵盖石榴的品种特征性状,包括植株性状有3个、枝干性状3个、叶片性状8个、花性状9个、果实性状8个、种子性状4个;采用花瓣颜色、果实宽度、果皮颜色、籽粒颜色和种子硬度作为分组性状,其中质量性状(QL)2个、数量性状(QN)19个、假性质量性状14个.并概述中国石榴新品种权申请现状,石榴DUS测试指南的制订对增强石榴新品种保护,促进中国植物新品种保护事业的发展具有积极意义.

摘  要：
The assessment of DUS for pomegranates plant including test principles,subject,selection and adoption of characteristics,states of expression and selection of example varieties were elucidated in detail.Thirty-five testing characteristics (including 3 plants,3 branches and shoots,8 leaves,9 floral organs,8 fruits and 4 arils) were adopted for DUS test.The corolla color,fruit width,fruit over color,aril main color and seed hardness were selected as useful grouping characteristics (2 qualitative,19 quantitative and 14 pseudo-quantitative).At the same time,the application status and development prospect of new varieties of pomegranate in China were reviewed.The preparation of DUS Test Guidelines for pomegranate would have important significance both for promoting the development of PVP and increasing the status of international PVP fields for China.
