河西走廊典型灌区农业水资源利用研究——以金昌市灌区为例

摘  要:
河西走廊地区气候干旱、降水稀少,水资源不合理利用导致区域地下水位不断下降,严重威胁灌区的生态安全。根据实测水文气象资料及灌区实际调查资料,利用水量平衡法分析灌区农业水资源供需存在的问题,研究成因关系,提出解决思路。结果发现,金昌市灌区农业水资源存在较大缺口,其主要原因是渠系水利用系数较低等,深层次原因则是缺乏有效的调蓄工程。因此,加强水资源优化调度和水资源统一管理,建设雨洪调蓄工程,是金昌灌区也是河西走廊地区持续发展的重要途径之一。

摘  要:
In the Hexi corridor region,the climate is arid,the precipitation is scarce,and the unreasonable utilization of water resources leads to the decline of groundwater level,which threatens the ecological safety of irrigation area. According to the measured hydrology and meteorology data and the actual survey data of irrigation area,the paper analyzes the problems of supply and demand of agricultural water resources in irrigation area by means of water balance method,studies the genetic relationship and puts forward solutions. The results show that there is a big gap in agricultural water resources in Jinchang irrigation area,the main reason is the low water utilization coefficient of canal system,and the deep reason is lack of effective regulation and storage project. Therefore,it is one of the important ways of sustainable development of Jinchang irrigated area to strengthen water resources optimal dispatch and unified management of water resources and to construct rain and flood storage project.
