新疆马病毒性动脉炎的血清学调查

摘  要：
为搞清马病毒性动脉炎在新疆昭苏县的流行情况,本实验采用法国进口马病毒性动脉炎间接ELISA诊断试剂盒对来自新疆4个地区的435份马血清样品进行检测结果显示,有2份血清检测为阳性,阳性率为1.26%。其中伊犁种马场,昭苏种马场和哈密伊吾县送检血清均为阴性,巴州和静县检出2份阳性血清。目前该病在我国还没有分离到病毒的相关报道,本次流行病学调查研究,对于该病在我国新疆地区的流行现状具有重要的指导意义。

摘  要：
In order to make clear the prevalence of Equine viral arteritis diabetes in Xinjiang, we apply an indirect ELISA box imported from France was applied to diagnose 435 sera of horses distributed in four farms. The result indicates that there are two sera positive horses, with a rate of 1.26%. There is no related virus isolation report about EVA, Considering few researches on this work and few reports in our country until now, our study set a good foundation for the disease control and other concerned research.
