高原地区海兰灰产蛋期理想氨基酸模式的研究

摘  要:
试验选取生产性能相近的310日龄高原地区海兰灰商品蛋鸡312只,随机分成12个试验组和1个对照组,每组6个重复,每个重复4只鸡,对高原地区海兰灰产蛋期理想氨基酸模式进行研究。结果表明:①采食量:各组间差异不显著(P>0.05);②日增重:各组间差异均不显著(P>0.05);③产蛋率:各组间差异均不显著(P>0.05),④氮的排泄量:粪尿的排出量、氮日摄入量和氮粪尿排出量,对照组均显著高于试验组(P<0.05);综合评定,模式二中L2-3组的生产性能较其他试验组和对照组的各项性能明显较优。

摘  要:
The ideal protein has a crucial role in the daily diet. 312 laying hens of 310 days were selected and randomized divided into 12 test groups and 1 control group, each treatment represented by 6 replicates of 4 chickens respectively to investigate the ideal protein patten. The results shows that :① Feed intake:the differences between the groups were not significant(P>0.05).②Daily gain: the difference between the groups were not significant(P>0.05). The ratio of qualified eggs and total eggs in the experimental groups is lower than the control group. ③Laying rate :the differences between each group were not significant(P>0.05).④Nitrogen emissions: average daily refuse the excretion of urine, daily intake of nitrogen and nitrogen manure urine output, the control group were significantly higher than experimental group(P<0.05).Comprehensive assessment, mode II, L2-3 group was optimum than other group performance and the performance of the control group.
