新生代农民工融入中小城镇的市民化能力研究——基于人力资本、社会资本与制度因素的考察

摘  要:
本文基于江西省1056位新生代农民工实地调查数据,运用有序Probit模型,对新生代农民工融入中小城镇的市民化能力的影响因素进行了实证分析。研究表明,人力资本、社会资本和制度因素对新生代农民工市民化能力均具有显著影响,受教育程度、工作年限和土地处置方式对市民化能力影响最为显著,交往对象、住房类型和参加社保数量次之,参加培训次数、求助人数和子女上学也有影响,而职业技能、社区参与、工会参加、获得城市户籍和签订劳动合同则没有影响。本文从人力资本积累、社会资本积累和二元制度改革三个角度提出了相关政策建议。

Based on field survey data of 1056 new generation migrant workers in Jiangxi Province,using the ordered Probit model,this paper give an empirical analysis about the factors of new generation migrant workers' citizenship ability in medium and small cities.Research shows that,human capital,social capital and institutional factors has significant impact on citizenship ability of the new generation migrant workers;in the 14 variables into regression model,level of education,working years and land disposal has the most significant impact;communication object,the type of housing and number of participating in social security has the following significant impact;the times of training,number of help,children attend school has the low significant impact;and the occupation skills,community participation,participated in trade unions,city of residence and signed labor contract has no significant impact on citizenship ability.Finally,this article puts forward relevant policy suggestions from three angles of the accumulation of social capital,accumulation of human capital and dual system reform.
