山核桃壳制备储能载体颗粒活性炭研究

摘  要:
以山核桃壳为原料,采用磷酸活化法经过浸渍、膨胀塑化、炭化、活化、漂洗和烘干,制得汽油蒸汽吸附载体活性炭,其丁烷工作容量达13.55 g/100 m L,BET比表面积为2 215.37 m2/g,孔容积为1.424 7 cm3/g;在相同的磷酸活化工艺条件下,较细颗粒度的原料制得的试样亚甲基蓝脱色力和丁烷工作容量较大;相对较大颗粒的原料经热水浸泡与晾干处理可提高活化剂在原料中的渗透性,进而提高活化效果和试样的质量指标;而较细颗粒的水分10%左右的气干原料不需要进行热水浸泡与晾干处理,可直接用磷酸溶液进行浸渍处理。

摘  要:
Preparation of granular activated carbon as gasoline vapor adsorption carrier from hickory(Carya cathayensis) shell by phosphoric acid activation after impregnation, expansion plasticizing, carbonization, activation, rinsing and drying. The manufactured activated carbon had butane working capacity of 13.55 g/100 ml, specific surface area(SBET) of 2215.37 m2/g, pore volume of 1.4247 cm3/g. The experiment demonstrated that impregnation in hot water and airdry of larger hickory shell could increase osmosis of activating agent for better activation and quality of activated carbon.
