摘  要：
在寒冷冬季,雾霾天气侵袭了河南省大部分地区,不仅给人民群众带来了生活不便和健康危害,而且还严重影响了冬季蔬菜安全生产。通过分析研究雾霾寒冷天气产生的原因和危害,要积极采取应对措施加强设施蔬菜安全生产,做好设施蔬菜生产在雾霾寒冷天气情况下的防灾和减灾。

摘  要：
In cold winter,haze weather happend in most regions of Henan province.Haze weather not only has brought people daily life inconvenience and health hazards,but also has a big effect on vegetable safety production in winter.Through the analysis and research on reasons the haze happening and harms of the cold weather to vegetable production,active measures need to be taken to enhance the security production of greenhouse vegetable and improve disaster prevention and disaster mitigation of vegetable production under the condition of the cold haze weather.
