受电弓弓角表面处理方式的研究分析

摘  要:
为解决在高温酸雨等腐蚀环境下,电力机车在运行过程中,车顶碳钢部件锈蚀的问题,以受电弓角为研究对象,研究碳钢表面电镀锌镍合金的处理方式的耐腐蚀能力。通过试验分析表明,碳钢表面电镀锌镍的处理方式,部件耐腐蚀性能大大优于传统镀锌的方式。

摘  要:
In order to solve the the corruption of carbon steel roof parts made under the corrosive circumstance like high temperature, acid rain and otherwise in the process of operation,, this paper, took pantograph horn as the research object,it study the anti-corruption of carbon steel parts which were electroplated with nickel and zinc on the surface 。 The anti-corruption of the parts were greatly stronger than the parts which are processed with traditional galvanization.
