宁夏同心圆枣组培苗炼苗移栽技术研究

摘  要:
研究了宁夏同心圆枣组培苗移栽前后的一系列配套技术。结果表明,室内开瓶炼苗优于温室内开瓶炼苗法,培养基污染率下降,组培苗能充分利用瓶内培养基营养进行生长,苗叶片舒展,木质化程度有所提高,达到炼苗目的;移植前用500 mg/kg IBA浸泡根部2 min可提高成活率;蛭石∶草炭=1∶1的基质组合炼苗成活率较高,达到了87.4%。

摘  要:
A series of supporting technology for the tissue culture plantlets of TONGXINYUANZAO before and after transplanting were researched. The results showed that the hardening-off with opened bottles indoor was better than the hardening-off with opened bottles in greenhouse, the medium pollution rate was down, the tissue culture seedlings could make full use of the growth medium nutrition in the bottles, the seedling leaves could stretch, the lignification degree increased and the purpose of hardening-off was reached. When the roots were soaked with 500 ppm IBA for 2 min before transplanting the survival rate was upgraded. When the hardening-off was made with the culture medium(Vermiculite∶peat=1∶1), the survival rate was relatively higher, reaching 87.4%.
